COVID-19 Response

We take your safety and the safety of our staff very seriously. We have taken extensive precautions above and beyond our pre-COVID-19 strict infection control protocols to ensure that your trip to our office is as safe as possible for everyone involved.

What to expect when you come to the office

The day before your appointment, you will be asked screening questions for COVID-19 and asked to fill out an online form.

Upon arrival, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the office. The staff will let you know when it is appropriate to enter the building. We ask all patients to wear masks when they enter the building.  If you do not have one, we will gladly provide you with one.

You will be greeted by our front desk personnel wearing masks behind a clear sneeze guard.

A staff member will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer. You will be escorted to the treatment room where you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water and use a mouth rinse prior to being seated.

The changes in response to COVID-19 for your protection:

We have added doors to all of the treatment rooms.

The air inside each treatment room is being evacuated through a newly installed rooftop evacuation system for negative pressure which prevents air from mixing between treatment rooms.

Inside each room there is a medical grade HEPA filtration unit for continuous purification of the room air.

We are using a fogging unit that aerosolizes hypochlorous acid between patient visits in the treatment rooms as another measure for disinfecting the room air.  We are also utilizing a UV-C light in each room to disinfect the air in between patients.

Additionally, we have taken measures to reduce aerosols throughout all procedures.  You may notice these during your treatment as the doctors and staff are adhering to the highest standard of precautions while providing you with the highest level of care.

Finally, our staff is equipped with face shields, N95 masks, hair covers and new jackets between patients to ensure the highest level of protection for everyone.

We have worked hard to provide the safest and highest quality experience we can provide.  We look forward to seeing our patients and we thank you for remaining with us through this unprecedented time. As always, we look forward to restoring health and celebrating smiles!
